Pacific Law Center was a huge disappointment

I had a terrible experience with Pacific Law Center. I had one major financial and several minor ones that were all 3 years or older. I was told the only way to resolve the issue was through bankruptcy. I had some issues that precluded me to immediately file for bankruptcy. Several months passed, I decided to not file for bankruptcy. I called several times regarding a refund, since I had paid in full. When I finally did get a call back I had to wait an additional week for an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was kept in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. The initial contract stated something to the effect of them keeping $250 dollars. They actually ended up keeping $1,350. They said that the financial consultation was $750, then there was the $250 they mention in their contract, then they charged me a monthly fee for "keeping the case open" each month. While I understand their need to earn a living, I feel that they misreprented what would be charged should you choose to seek a refund. Buyer beware!
